Craig Meltzer is the founding partner of The Meltzer Law Firm. He practices in the areas of Real Estate Law, Estate Planning, Wills and Trusts Law and Business Formation.
Prior to forming the firm in 1991, Craig was a Senior Staff Attorney at several prominent New York City law firms, including Dreyer and Traub. His clientele included many national and international companies. His representation of these clients encompassed matters from complex real property transactions, including acquisitions, property development and divestiture of major national real estate holdings to hotel construction and management.
He also represented major New York developers in their acquisition and development projections and tax abatement and certiorari (review) proceedings.
